This is a joke right. I just saw Cats. Why do people think it is the best musical ever made? It is just plain horrible. No plot, bad dancing, horrible music, stupid costumes, etc. I'm so disgusted I can't even rant on and on about how horrible it was.
It could have been worse. It could have been "Starlight Express."

Worse than seeing it in the theater, I saw it on DVD and Greg rented it.
ReplyDeleteHe asked me why it was so popular. I said it must be because all the crap that was out at the time must have been worse, like Starlight Express. (Funny, you should mention that.)
He looked up why it was popular and one website states because of its strong ties with Christianity. Therefore, I now know the key to success when it comes to creating a hit creative project: have the story line closely resemble the bible. This isn't the first crappy "success" that was a hit because of its ties to Christianity.
