Pomeranian Dream

I had a dream where I lived in a foresty area. I was in the backyard with some friends looking out over the trees when I saw a fuzzy blur of a pomeranian being chased by a bear.
Pomeranian
My dilemma was not whether or not to save the pomeranian from the bear making a bite-size snack of him. I was more worried about my friends belittling me for saving a pomeranian.

  1. That is a funny visual.
So, you are afraid of confrontations which ethically force you to reveal that you care more than you like to let on to your peers. Or maybe, you just hate to out the little old woman inside of yourself who madly loves pomeranians. ;-)
I have never dreamt of a bear. In your dream, did it look like a bear does in real life, or was it some dream facsimile of a bear that you just knew, when you looked at it, was "a bear" chasing the little dog? Or was it kind of cartoonish, perhaps? If it looked like the tasmanian devil off Road Runner, for example, my interpretation would be a bit different, I think.

  2. Honey! no worries you know that i would either be infront of you or behind you running to save this precious creature. As your friend i think highly of you for even dreaming of taking such a risk to save an innocent creature. It shows bravery and compassionate. And as far as what your friends think of you, who cares! thats why they are your friends right? they should love you no matter what. I can't even count the number of times that i have made a fool out of myself infront of both friends and people i dont even know but well so goes life.
    SMILE cuz i LOVE you!

  3. Well, I think a little bit of it was also that I don't like pomeranians, so there was a little internal dilemma as well.

  4. It was a real looking bear, not cartoonish or anything. However, one thing that I didn't mention is that there were little fuzzy things chasing the pomeranian with the bear. I figured they were other dogs (non-pomeranians).
I really don't like pomeranians myself. I think they are horribly ugly and so god damn ugly. What else can I say? I'm sure I could get to like one. Actually, at one point, one of my roommates found a lost pomeranian and we kept it for a day while we located the real owners, who came over to pick it up in a limo (no reward). We had named it "Rope Orgy".

  5. Oh you think that you dont like pmeranians. I think that the breed was obsolete in your dream and you were more concerned about the wellfare of an innocent creature...showing your selflessness to care for all creatures despite thier breed! ;)
